Death Penalty

We are working to enact a two year suspension of executions until critical reforms are enacted by the General Assembly.

Sentencing Reform and Reducing Incarceration

We are working to decrease the reliance on costly prisons by supporting a sentencing structure that links appropriate offenders to a range of of community-based options.
